Event Registration & Bookings

Registrations and bookings are confirmed once payment (if applicable) is received. Please ensure your registration details, including selected sizes and options, are accurate before completing checkout.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refund and cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis - contact us using the details below.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to follow event staff instructions and act safely and respectfully at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation for conduct that endangers others.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in physical activities such as fun runs and fun walks carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REKS PKD PEKAN is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
